We start this package off with a detailed 2-hour consultation to ensure we have a clear picture of your wedding day plan.

Between the initial consultation and your wedding day we will create a detailed wedding-day itinerary, for you and your vendors and provide you with a variety of other wedding-day services including:

• Confirm final details and services with vendors to ensure clear expectations on your wedding day
• Distribute remaining vendor payments and gratuities
• Guided wedding rehearsal
• On-site management & coordination of entire event, for up to 12 hours
• Coordinate gift collection to a secured location
• Decoration set up at Ceremony and Reception*
• Full use of our wedding-emergency kit
